GENERAL INFORMATION:

Order will usually be shipped 3-7 days.

Tracking numbers are provided on all poster orders. However, smaller orders, like stickers, are shipped with postage stamps and CANNOT be tracked (unless combined with an larger order).

Once the order has been handed to USPS, I cannot be held responsible for the shipping. It is the purchaser's responsibility to track packages. Not the Shop.

Replacements are not provided without proof of damaged and/or lost items.

Cancellations are dealt through the site and must be done BEFORE the order has shipped. However, once an order has shipped, then an order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds are only provided after purchased items have been successfully returned to the Shop - please note that shipping costs are never refunded unless it is the fault of the shipper.
